Planning Shared Service - Outline Business Case
The London Borough of Merton, Sutton and
Kingston would like to explore options to achieve the savings
target by pursuing a number of alternative delivery models
including a shared service. The paper is an outline business case
to update members on progress and highlight the time scales going
forward and the potential options.
