LBM wish to access ESPO Framework 2838 to
directly procure a number of photovoltaic systems to be installed
on various Council properties. The Framework requires a
mini-competition to assess the best supplier. The resultant contact
award is likely to be in the region of £1,000,000 to
£1,500,000. Hence a Chief Officer Key Decision.
