Council Plan Refresh and Performance Framework
The report outlines the proposed 'refresh' of
the current council plan, which is in place until 2026. Cabinet
portfolio holders, CMT and lead officers within directorates have
been consulted on additional initiatives to include under the three
strategic priorities. Approval is sought to adopt these new
additions to the council plan
