Approved Capital Programme Amendments Requiring Council Approval
There are two adjustments to the capital
programme that require Council Approval
1. The expansion of Ricards Lodge 6th Form (to be funded from DofE
Grant and school contributions) - 6th form buildings are outside
the PFI arrangement and this scheme will be managed by the school
but Merton owns the asset so it needs to appear in our capital
programme
2. Permission to treat the Schools Capital Maintenance Budget as
one budget (funded by DofE Grant and school contributions - this
will facilitate the management of the programme with the move to
quarterly monitoring
