Award of a contract to a loan broker to
administer a revolving loan fund on behalf of the council to assist
local homeowners to carry out energy efficiency/ low carbon works
on their homes. This is a 25 year contract and the initial
investment is £300,000, although the total contract amount is
£2,000,000
