This is for the provision of Home Care
Services to customers within LB Merton who are assessed as
requiring such care and support. The services will be designed to
enable customers to live as independently as possible, for as long
as possible, as engaged and active citizens while living in their
own homes (including sheltered housing schemes). This report sets
out Adult Social Care (ASC) commissioning intentions to
recommission homecare service for a period of 5 years from 01
October 2023 to 30 September 2028 without the option to
extend.
