Annual Budget report to Council to agree the Business Plan 2021-25. In particular to set the Council Tax for 2021/22 and a balanced budget for 2021/22. The MTFS 2021-25, Capital Programme 2021-25, Treasury Strategy, Workforce Strategy,, Procurement Plan IT Strategy, Risk Management Strategy, Performance Management Framework and Service Plans for 2021-25 will also be approved.
