Draft Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy 2020-2025
All local authorities are required to publish
a Homelessness Strategy as of 1 April 2017, and the
government’s Rough Sleeping Strategy published in August 2018
includes a commitment that all local authorities must have an
up-to-date Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy by December
2019. The new Strategy will need to be submitted to the Ministry of
Housing, Communities
