The contract for the provision of Extra Care
and Housing Related Support services at Pantiles House and Trellis
House has been retendered in accordance with EU procurement rules
and the Council's procurement procedures. The estimated potential
value of the retendered contract is £3.115m for the period
01.05.19 to 31.04.24 (inclusive of a possible two year extension
period in one year increments). The report recommends that the
Cabinet provides their acceptance of the tender and authorise the
Award of Contract to the successful organisation(s).
