This has lead to severe delays in the area, increased pollution, stress and is a danger to public safety especially being so close to Mitcham Eastfields train station, with the barrier constantly going down, causing major traffic jams.
The roads that have been mostly effected are; Cedars Avenue, Acacia Road, Kings Road, Commonside East, Grove Road, Brenley Close & Tamworth Lane spreading further along into Mitcham Town Centre.
