Apologies were received from Councillor Janice Howard (substituted by Councillor Michael Bull) and Councillor Adam Bush (substituted by Councillor Hamish Badenoch).

There were no declarations of pecuniary interest.

Exclusion of the public

To RESOLVE that the public are excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following report on the grounds that it is exempt from disclosure for the reasons stated in the report.

 

 

Minutes:

The Committee RESOLVED that the public are excluded from the meeting during consideration of the Independent Investigators Report on the grounds that it is exempt from disclosure for the reasons set out in the report.

Independent Investigators Report

Due to the nature of the complaint and the stage at which this matter has reached , this report has been identified as containing exempt information under the Access to Information Procedure Rules set out in Paragraph 10.4 of Part 4B of the Council’s Constitution (Information relating to any individual). In light of this, the Monitoring Officer is of the view that it is appropriate in all the circumstances for the circulation of the report be restricted to members of the Standards and General Purposes Committee only.
