The Sub-Committee noted that:

·         A representation had been received from Councillor Geraldine Stanford

·         The Metropolitan Police had withdrawn their representation

·         The applicant could not be present but had agreed that the hearing could go ahead in his absence

The Sub-Committee Members withdrew to consider their decision. On their return they announced that their decision was to postpone the meeting until a time when the applicant could be present as they wanted to ask questions of him to aid their understanding. The Licensing Sub-Committee required further detail from the applicant regarding how he would comply with the conditions required by the Metropolitan Police and the practical steps he would take to comply with the four licensing objectives.

RESOLVED

The Licensing Sub-Committee agreed to postpone the meeting and that Democratic Services would re arrange the meeting for a time convenient for the applicant to attend.
