The report was moved by Councillor Alambritis and seconded by Councillor Allison and Councillor McLean spoke on the item.

RESOLVED:

1.    That Council agrees to appoint Katy Willison as an Independent Person for the purposes of Chapter 7 of the Localism Act for a period of three years from 6 February 2020;

2.    That Ms Willison also be appointed as an advisory non-voting member of the Standards and General Purposes Committee for the duration of her tenure as an Independent Person
