Purpose:
Cabinet decision to be taken on the proposed
extension of the current Children's Community Services Contract
held for a further period of 2 years.
Cabinet approved the award of the contract to Central London
Community Healthcare (CLCH) NHS Trust in September 2015 for the
period April 2016-March 2019. The contract provides for a single
extension of up to 2 years.

RESOLVED:
A. That the extension of the current Merton Children’s Community Health Services Contract with Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) for a further period of 2 years from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2021 be approved.
