Purpose:
A minor change to the Council's council tax support scheme needs agreement of full Council on 20 November 2013. This will ensure that , providing residents circumstances remain the same, they would not face an increase in their council tax bills had the old council tax benefit scheme continued for 2014/15.

That Cabinet agrees to the uprating changes for the 2014/15 council tax support scheme detailed in the report in order to maintain low council tax charges for those on lower incomes and other vulnerable residents
