A shared internal audit service already exists between the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and the Royal Borough of Kingston. The South West London Fraud Partnership has also recently been established providing fraud investigation services to Richmond, Kingston, Sutton, Merton and Wandsworth. This project is for the expansion of the Richmond and Kingston shared service to include the London Borough of Merton.
