Purpose:
This item seeks Cabinet approval of the
Climate Delivery Plan - Year 1.
It sets out what action Merton Council will take to support
Merton's Climate Strategy and Action Plan in its first year of
implementation.
It presents a baseline assessment from which future progress will
be monitored.
Decision:
RESOLVED:
1. That the Climate Delivery Plan – Year 1 be adopted.
2. That delegated authority be given to the Director of Environment and Regeneration, Chris Lee in consultation with Cllr Martin Whelton, the Cabinet member for Regeneration, Housing and Climate Change to make minor amendments.
