Contact Centre
Officers are retendering a contact centre
solution to facilitate and manage officers contacts with the
councils users over channels including telephone and web chat. This
decision will be to approve the award of a new contract to the
selected supplier. Anticipated value £750-£1m over a
maximum 7 year contract
