This paper seeks cabinet approval to progress
the development of the Jan Malinowski Centre and adjacent Riverside
Drive site. The project will deliver a new day centre that is fit
for purpose for the residents of Merton with 21 supported living
homes above, and also c.60 general needs homes to which the council
will have nomination rights.
